What is Keyword Density?
The percentage of a page’s words that are a target keyword. Not a ranking lever; useful only as a staleness check that a page actually discusses its topic in natural terms.

Keyword Stuffing
Repeating keywords unnaturally to manipulate relevance. Modern retrieval penalizes or ignores it; natural entity coverage and complete answers outperform repetition.
Entity Density
How thoroughly a page names the entities its topic requires. Missing entities competitors cover is a concrete, fixable gap; padding with repetitions is not coverage.
TF-IDF
Term frequency–inverse document frequency: how distinctive a word is to a document versus the corpus. A diagnostic for under-covered subtopics, not a formula for stuffing winning terms.
Keyword Research
Finding the queries your audience actually types and mapping them to pages worth building. Teams that always do it report strong content results far more often than teams that skip it.
Informational Intent
Queries seeking to learn: guides, definitions, how-tos. Serve with complete explanations, examples, and next-step links rather than sales copy.
Transactional Intent
Queries ready to act: buy, sign up, download. Serve with product fit, proof, pricing clarity, and one primary call to action.
