No. This page checks national format and checksum rules only. Live registration checks such as VIES need a server lookup and cannot run in this page.
Which countries are covered?
Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, and Sweden, with checksums applied where the rule is deterministic.
