What is Fact Density?
The concentration of checkable claims per section: numbers, names, dates, criteria, steps. Fact-dense sections survive chunk retrieval and get cited; filler does not.
Example
A deployment guide that states limits, timings, and error codes per step will be quoted over one that says "deploying is fast and easy" three ways.
