Custom Domains

Custom Domains

You aren't restricted to our .byob.app subdomains. You can connect your own domain (e.g., myapp.com) to any deployed project.

Adding a Domain

  1. Open Publish panel in your workspace.
  2. Click on the Add Custom Domain button.
  3. Enter your domain name and follow the instructions to add the required CNAME or A records to your DNS provider.
  4. Download the Zone File from the Publish panel and upload it to your DNS provider.

BYOB handles the dynamic routing via Traefik and automatically provisions and renews SSL certificates for your domain via DNS-01 challenges.
